Indoor AirPlus Gold Certified projects follow the advanced program pathway and incorporate additional requirements, including applicable ENERGY STAR residential program requirements.
How Tacoma Supports Indoor AirPlus Certification
Our role is to help the builder understand the requirements, coordinate verification items, and organize the documentation needed for the applicable certification path.
Program Review
Project plans, specifications, certification goals, and applicable Indoor AirPlus requirements are reviewed before construction.
Construction Coordination
Builder responsibilities, product documentation, required details, and field-verification items are coordinated throughout the project.
Verification & Documentation
Applicable inspections, testing, checklists, and certification records are completed and coordinated for final submission.
